A Streaky Bay nurse has been recognised in the SA Health Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards.
At the event on Friday night, Portia Bradley took out the Excellence in Practice award for Nurses and Midwives.
The awards recognise and celebrate the contribution both nurses and midwives make to the healthcare of the broader South Australian community.
