Local developers are encouraged to partner with Renewal SA for the construction of ten new homes for key workers in Port Lincoln.
The callout comes after the Office for Regional Housing identified our city as a priority location for healthcare, law enforcement and education workers.
The houses are part of a state-wide rollout to support regional housing, and come with long-term leases in place.

Developers will also be eligible for capital contributions of up to $1 million under the scheme.
Twenty-four homes are now occupied across our regions, with another six nearing completion in Ceduna.
Expressions of Interest are open until December 11.
