Work is progressing on SA Water’s major upgrade of the Morgan to Whyalla pipeline, the longest in South Australia.
Crews have been installing the new section north-west of Morgan, with planning in place to protect the local wildlife.
The multi-year project will help future-proof drinking water supplies to more than 150,000 homes across the Mid North, Yorke Peninsula and Eyre Peninsula.

The $61 million project is on track for completion next year.
