A 41-year-old man has been arrested following a disturbance in Tumby Bay on Tuesday morning.
Police were called to the town’s beach around 8am, where it’s alleged the man entered the water and behaved in an indecent manner.
A small quantity of cannabis and pipes were also allegedly found in his possession.

The Kangaroo Island man was charged with committing a grossly indecent act and disorderly behaviour.
He was refused police bail and appeared in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court on 23 April. He was further remanded in custody until 30 April.
He also received an expiation notice for the drugs.
