New research from Rabobank has found that local agricultural land prices have continued to surge, with South Australian land recording the highest growth in the country for 2022.
Prices grew on average by 34 per cent across the state last year.
RaboResearch Agriculture Analyst, Vitor Pistoia, says the bumper season was the main driver.
