Funding secured for Tumby Bay open space upgrades

Key upgrades to Tumby Bay’s open space areas are on the way, after the Council secured $75,000 towards their Urban Design Framework Plan.

The funding will allow the Council to begin land planning on Harvey Drive Reserve and the Tumby Bay Foreshore Reserve, seeing it through to 2036.

The cash is part of the State Government’s Thriving Regions Fund.

The Council has also contributed $32,000, bringing the total budget for the project to over $107,000.
