Hulk Hogan was instrumental in transforming professional wrestling from a niche sport into a global entertainment phenomenon. His larger-than-life personality and charisma helped make wrestling a household staple, turning it into family-friendly entertainment. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005, Hogan’s legacy in the sport is undeniable. (He was later reinstated into the Hall of Fame in 2020 following a temporary removal due to a scandal.)

Beyond wrestling, Hogan ventured into acting with notable roles in films like Rocky III, Suburban Commando, No Holds Barred, and Mr. Nanny. He also starred in the VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best, which offered fans a glimpse into his personal life.

Despite his health issues, Hogan recently showed no signs of slowing down, promoting the launch of a new amateur wrestling league, Real American Freestyle, set to host its inaugural event next month.

Hogan’s impact on wrestling and pop culture will undoubtedly be remembered for generations to come.
