A woman has lost her licence for a year after she was caught drink-driving at Cleve on Tuesday night.
Patrols were called to the Cleve – Kimba Road at about 10pm after reports that a Holden station wagon had rolled and collided with a tree.
The driver, a 53-year-old local woman was not injured, and underwent a breath test at the scene, returning a positive reading of 0.153.
She was reported for exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol and aggravated driving without due care. She was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
The car was not impounded due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
