Community Centres Close Their Doors to Stop the Spread

More businesses are rapidly closing their doors to the community in efforts to stop the spread of COVID -19 within the community.

The Federal Governments advice to shut down any non-essential services has prompt community organisations to close including the Port Lincoln Library, visitor Information centre and the Elliston Community and Visitor Information Centre.

Locals and visitors are advised that information centres will still be contactable to provide visitor information during business hours.

The Port Lincoln Library will also still have accessible material online including eBooks and Audiobooks, Digital Magazines and Newspapers, Online learning (Lynda.com) and Family History.

Those in need of a Centrelink access point in Elliston can make an appointment and tourist booklets can be found at the Elliston Roadhouse.
