Tomorrow Eyre Peninsula broadcasters Magic 89.9 and 5CC will be hosting a radiothon, Thumbs Up For Jack, that aims to raise $10,000 in 10 hours.
The radiothon will run from 6 am - 4 pm on tomorrow, Thursday 9th May, with both stations broadcasting live all day bringing in donations from the community.
Thumbs up for Jack is for, young Jack Kemp, who has spent the majority of his life battling a rare form of brain cancer that as seen him under go 5 major surgeries.
The Ronald McDonald house has provided a huge amount of support to Jack and his family over his journey in and out of hospitals.
Listeners can get involved tomorrow and make a donation to the cause by calling the station on 8682 5000.
A Go Fund Me page will also be launched in the morning for anyone looking to donate.
Locals can also come into the station to give cash donations from 6 am.
