A man has been charged after police were called to a crash at Port Lincoln Saturday morning.
At about 4am Saturday 5 January police were called to Duncan Avenue after reports a black 4WD had driven off the road and crashed into the scrub.
When police arrived at the scene they located the vehicle abandoned.
After an investigation police identified the driver as a 20-year-old local man.
He was breath tested and allegedly returned a positive result of 0.192.
He was arrested and charged with aggravated driving without due care, disqualified driving and drink driving.
He was bailed to appear in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court at a later date.
