Eyre Peninsula entrants in this year’s SA Variety Bash are making their way to Adelaide ahead of the event which gets underway tomorrow morning.
The Variety Bash fleet will depart from Victoria Park Racecourse in Adelaide tomorrow morning at 7.30am.
The SA Variety Bash runs for 8 days and will this year see entrants making their way west from Adelaide to Port Lincoln.
The final overnight stop for this year’s entrants will be in Kimba on Friday August 17th before they make their way to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln the following day.
SA Variety Bash chairperson Sandra Lukin said that last year the event raised $2.5 million dollars for the children’s charity and this year’s entrants will go close to topping that figure.
