GRDC To Host Grains Research Update In Lock

Eyre Peninsula grain growers looking to generate increased returns from their enterprises will gather in Lock next month for a grains research forum.

The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) is hosting the Lock Grains Research Update on August 1. 

GRDC’s Southern region Grower Relations Manager, Darren Arney, said the Update will address some of the priority issues confronting growers in the region. 

Guest speakers and industry experts will be on hand to discuss key issues including Nigel Wilhelm, Jacob Giles and Andrew Ware from SARDI, researcher from Adelaide University Gurjeet Gill and local consultant George Pedler. 

The Update will be held at the Lock Football Club from 9am to 1pm on August 1st and those wishing to register can do so via the GRDC website.
