Drink Drivers Lose Licenses

Two men have lost their licenses after being caught drink driving.

On Wednesday 27th December a 32-year-old Port Lincoln man was stopped on Tasman Terrace at 10.30pm. He was submitted an alcohol test which read 0.151. The man was also driving with an expired licence. The man lost his license on the spot for 12 months and had his car impounded.

A 20-year-old P plate driver was also charged for drink driving after being caught drink driving on the Eyre Highway near Ceduna at 12.15am this morning. He returned a reading of 0.146 and lost his license on the spot for drink driving and breaching the conditions his provisional licences.

 Both men will appear in court at a later date.
