Local Cricket Clubs Urged To Apply For Big Bank Funding Program

CommBank Cricket

Following her historic double-century over the weekend, Ellyse Perry is getting behind a program which aims to support local cricket clubs.

Applications are now open for the CommBank Cricket Club Sponsorship which offers grassroots clubs $2,000 for two years, along with new equipment for training and matches.

Perry said it's a great opportunity and she's encouraging local clubs to apply.

"Applications for the 2018 CommBank Cricket Club Sponsorship program are open until June 1st 2018" said Perry.

"I encourage all local clubs to go the Commonwealth Bank's wesbite to find out more details on the program and how to apply".
