The fire danger season for 2021-22 will commence next week on the Eastern Eyre Peninsula and the West Coast.
The season will start in those districts on the 1st of November, with the Lower Eyre Peninsula season starting on the 15th.
In a statement, the CFS Deputy Chief Officer, Rob Sandford, said this year's dates reflect a more standard fire season, with a milder start to the season compared to previous years.
The season commencing means the restrictions will become legally enforceable, and residents are urged to download the Alert SA app and have their Bushfire Survival Plan complete.
