Liam Anderson has been named as the new Landscape Officer for the Eyre Peninsula Landscape Board.
Liam Anderson joins the board with experience in conservation, weed control and revegetation, after a previous position working with Trees for Life as an on-ground supervisor throughout Mount Lofty, Riverland, Barossa and Fleurieu regions.
Based in Cleve, the position will include a strong focus on delivering rabbit control programs across the region, as well as the widespread Boxthorn infestation.
In a statement, Mr Anderson says he is passionate about working with people to achieve results, while protecting and conserving the environment.
