A new round of funding for the PIRSA On-farm Emergency Water Infrastructure Rebate Scheme is now open, and South Australian primary producers in drought affected areas are encouraged to apply.
Farmers could be eligible for a rebate of up to 25 thousand dollars to use towards to cost of purchase and installation of new on-farm water infrastructure, which addresses animal welfare needs during drought periods as well protecting permanent horticultural assets.
Applications close when the funding has been exhausted.
Funding for the last round was exhausted within two weeks of its launch.

Pre-emptive applications for proposed works are also encouraged
