South Australia’s peak business body is set to hit the road and make its way to the Eyre Peninsula for a seminar.
As part of a four-month event series, Business SA’s ‘Strength and Success’ seminars will aim to help give locals the practical skills they need to stimulate business growth across the state.
The seminar will be held at the Port Lincoln Hotel on March 23rd and will be a good opportunity for local business owners and decision-makers to discuss some of the issues that impact businesses in the region.
The Strength & Success event will cover topics including a full comprehensive report on the findings of the ‘Regional Voice Survey’, ‘Industrial Relations Updates’ covering fundamentals of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards, ‘The Ideas Workshop’ designed to help business owners realise their organisations growth goals, and finally the ‘State of Digital’, how digital and social media can help your business grow.
Business SA CEO, Martin Haese says according to last year's research Eyre Peninsula and West Coast businesses still face significant challenges around skill shortages, COVID-19 restrictions, Labour Costs, Company Tax and Council Rates.
Lunch will be included during a discussion panel with local leaders that focuses on regional constraints and opportunities.
The Strength & Success Seminar is a free event for Business SA members and $80 for non-members, including drinks and nibbles.
