Elderly Home Broken into with Car stolen and Burnout

Police are seeking assistance from the community after an elderly victim had her Ceduna home broken into and her car stolen earlier last week.

Sometime between 10pm on Tuesday 23 February and 7am on Wednesday 24 February, a home in Ceduna was broken into by smashing a window.

The offenders stole cash and the victim’s Nissan Pulsar sedan. The victim, a woman aged in her 90's, was at home at the time of the offence however she didn’t see the suspects.

Police located the burnt-out stolen car at Ceduna Shelly Beach later that morning.  It is suspected the offenders may have suffered burns as a result of setting the stolen vehicle alight.
