Wudinna will be turning in up and getting competitive next week for a jam-packed weekend of Game on Eyre Peninsula.
Following funding through the Connecting Drought Communities program, Wudinna is bringing together a free event that will see a variety of fun and active activities for visitors and locals to join.
The event will kick off on Friday, March 5th until Sunday, March 7th with the action-packed weekend set to see fun and games such as a hole in one golf, a triathlon, a charity walk, watercolor workshops, bingo, skate and scooter pump track comps, bowls, Mountain Hikes, star gazing and much more.
Chair of Game On Eyre Peninsula Eleanor Scholz says the event was created as a way to bring people together, have some fun and fundraise for some of their community organisations.
“It’ll be a real mix of people to come and try and just have fun doesn't matter about winning so much just taking part and getting together with people from across the Eyre Peninsula, it’s something to do over that long weekend for anyone looking for something fun.” Said Eleanor.
Local businesses and organisations will also be providing food throughout the weekend to keep competitors satisfied.
