As the school holidays approach, the Port Lincoln Leisure Centre will be running some fun programs for local children.
The YMCA has worked to bring the community fun and engaging activities for kids to enjoy during their break.
Three different programs will run over the course of the two weeks which will include Hand Ball, Minuet to Win it, and Stadium Games.
The programs will take place on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week during the school holidays.
Programs Coordinator, Cherie Doudle, from the YMCA says the programs are for children 5 -13 years of age and registrations are essential with limited places available.
"It's just to give the kids something to do over the holidays, have a bit of fun, obviously we are focusing on their fundamental skills with a lot of our stadium fun games especially, hopefully they can learn a new skill while they're here.
"So things like line chasey, skipping and hoopla hoop games and we're going to do minute to win it games like how many basketball hoops can you get in a minute."
"It should be a lot of fun but people definitely need to register for the programs and they can do that by getting in contact with me." said Cherie.
