Two Teens Arrested over Alleged Break-in in Port Lincoln

Two teenagers have been arrested in relation to an attempted house break-in in Port Lincoln.

Police responded to reports that three youths were attempting to break into a home on Mason Street and steal a car at about 7am on 12 August.

It’s understood they fled the scene prior to the police arriving.

Following a search of the area, a 14-year-old boy from Ceduna and a 14-year-old boy from Port Lincoln were arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass and theft.

They have been granted bail to appear at the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court on 15 December.

Police are still looking for the third youth, anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Port Lincoln Police on 8688 3020 and quote reference 7250.
