The Port Lincoln State Emergency Service responded to a call for help yesterday to rescue a drifting tinny.
They received a pager call for the 8-foot tinny that had broken anchorage and was drifting away in the bay due to high winds.
Four marine crew members responded and made their way to Stenross boat ramp where they launched Rescue 82, their rigid hull inflatable boat.
