A 25-year-old man has pleaded guilty to indecently filming a woman in Port Lincoln.
The Advertiser reports Kye Brett Barber attempted to film the woman in the shower, but was caught by the victim when she located his phone and retrieved the footage.
Barber told police he intended to take the video for his partner, but contrary information reveals he told a psychologist it was a spur-of-the-moment offence.

Barber was due to be sentenced in the Adelaide Magistrate’s Court on Thursday last week, but the decision has been postponed until August while magistrate Lynette Duncan receives further material.
Barber is pleading for mercy on behalf of his family and career.
