New Public Housing Homes to be Built in Whyalla

The State Government have mapped where 404 new public housing homes will be built across SA, with several to be built on the Upper Eyre Peninsula.

17 are scheduled to be built in Whyalla under the Public Housing Improvement Program, with another 170 homes to be identified and constructed in SA between now and mid-2026.

The sale of 580 public housing properties have been halted, with a total of over 1,100 public housing homes to be made available over the next four years.
