Port Lincoln residents have voiced their concerns over youth crime in the city, with the City of Port Lincoln holding a crime prevention forum yesterday.
The forum comes after Mayor, Diana Mislov, Member for Flinders, Sam Telfer and local Police Commander, Paul Bahr, met in the city last month to discuss anti-social behaviour, following a violent incident involving young females.
Members of the council, SAPOL, West Coast Youth and Community Support and other local organisations joined the forum on Tuesday afternoon, speaking with locals about programs and initiatives that target antisocial behaviour and disengaged youth and looking to identify gaps in services.
