Olympic swimmer and Port Lincoln local hero Kyle Chalmers announced yesterday the 2024 Paris Olympics will likely be his last.
This comes almost two weeks after completing his medal collection in Japan with a victory in the men’s 100 m freestyle at the World Championships.
However, this doesn’t mean he’ll be retiring from swimming.

Kyle says he has plenty of titles to defend at the World Championships short course in 2024, World Championships long course in 2025, and the Commonwealth Games in 2026.
