EP residents warned to prepare for wild weather

Port Lincoln State Emergency Service are warning Eyre Peninsula residents about wild weather.

Damaging winds averaging 55-65 km/h with peak gusts of 90-100 km/h are likely over the EP this afternoon.

Large waves and high tides are also forecast across the state for the rest of the week.

The SES advises residents to move vehicles under cover or away from trees, secure loose items around their properties, and stay indoors away from windows when conditions are severe.
