Some good news for Elliston residents, with a portion of the town jetty reopening in time for the school holidays.
The Council confirmed 113 metres of the structure reopened last week.
The jetty will continue to reopen in stages once they are cleared by engineers.

However, the opening is only temporary until remediation works begin.
Residents and visitors are reminded not to go past the fenced-off section during this time.
