A 62-year-old Western Australian man will appear in court after drink driving on the wrong side of the road last Friday, 13 October.
Just after 11am, a Ford Fairlane sedan was seen driving west on Streaky Bay Road at Piednippie.
The driver was on the wrong side of the road, forcing a truck travelling east to pull over to avoid a collision.

The driver then lost control of the car, spinning 360 degrees and coming to a stop near the parked truck.
Witnesses assisted the man to Streaky Bay and contacted police.
He submitted to a breath test and blew 0.157 – over three times the legal limit.
He was reported for drink driving and failing to maintain proper control of a vehicle.
