A date with the courts for a man caught drink driving in Whyalla this morning.
Just before 3am, police stopped a vehicle on Broadbent Terrace.
The 38-year-old man from Peterhead was breath tested, where he returned a positive result of 0.211 – more than four times over the legal limit.

He was reported for drink driving and has lost his license for 12 months.
