The body of a missing man caught in a rip at Mary Ellis Wreck Beach last Friday, 19 January, was found at Sleaford this morning.
Father-of-four Dan Cojocea was swimming with six children when they were swept away in a rip.
The children were helped from the water and treated by paramedics at the scene, with four taken to hospital for further treatment.
Emergency services commenced a search for the 43-year-old Roxby Downs man when he was unable to get to shore.
PolAir, Volunteer Marine Rescue and State Emergency Service drones and ground crews were involved in the search.
Police are preparing a report for the coroner and thank everyone who assisted in the search.
