Round 9 of the Port Lincoln League saw Lincoln South handily defeat Boston, 89 to 31.
Mallee Park got the win over Tasman, 94 to 54 and Waybacks are still hunting for their first win of the season, after going down to front runners Marble Range, 81 to 40.
Marble Range currently sit three games clear on the top of the ladder.
And in round 10 of the Great Flinders league, several teams enjoyed a week off to rest and recuperate, while others had a shocking day out.
The two top teams making short work of their opponents — Lock defeating Eyre United by 141 points, and United Yeelanna beating Tumby Bay by 108.
The Eastern Eyre League went into Round 9, with Ranges and Ports going head-to-head – Ports lead the whole game but stalled in the final term, Ranges getting ahead to win by 7-points, 66 to 59.
And over in Kimba, Cowell gave it their all but went down to the home side by 13-points, 59 to 46.
And up the coast in round 10 of the Western Eyre League, it was a huge day out for Western United who defeated Ceduna Blues by 146, 164 to 18.
But some tighter games in other parts of the region, with West Coast Hawks getting over Wirrulla by just 2-goals, 47 to 35, and Koonibba securing the win over Thevenard, 91 to 74.
