International Women’s Day 2024 Luncheon.
Eyre Peninsula’s Women in Business Network in collaboration with the Port Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is delighted to present their inaugural luncheon in support of International Women’s Day 2024.
International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the achievements of women. It is also a catalyst for collective action to bring about a gender equal world.
For 2024, the aim is to Inspire Inclusion. When women are given equal opportunities, we elevate the empowerment of individual women and forge a better community. We also inspire others to value women’s inclusion.
We can #InspireInclusion by calling out poor practice, and when women aren’t present, we ask: “If not, why not?”
Our luncheon will feature a guest speaker panel including local women discussing their journeys through life and business, and their unique challenges they have overcome along the way. It will be a room filled with like-minded individuals who want to commit to women empowerment. Prepare to be inspired.
Whilst gazing from the Port Lincoln Hotel’s marvelous views, you will enjoy a two-course lunch including unlimited drinks, with live entertainment from local musicians.
We are also hosting a silent auction with all funds raised to Yarredi Services to assist their effort to build a more safe and respectful community for women.
