A search of a home in Coulta has allegedly uncovered multiple weapons and drugs.
Police searched the local home last Tuesday, allegedly finding a homemade firearm, gel blasters, crossbows and several swords.
It’s further alleged some drugs were also found on the property.
A 50 year old man was reported for possession of firearms without a licence, possession of prohibited weapons, cultivating cannabis and possession of illicit drugs.
He will face court at a later date.
Police are reminding the community that gel blasters are considered firearms and are subject to the same licensing, registration and security conditions as other firearms.
