There’s been a drop in suspension rates at our region’s largest public school.
New data from News Corp revealed that Port Lincoln High School had seen a 41 percent drop in suspensions this year, compared to 34 in 2024.
So far this year, the school has suspended 14 students, with no exclusions either.

Meanwhile, our country schools are also seeing a nosedive, with eleven schools across the region where not a single student was suspended or excluded this year.
However, many teachers at campuses are still ejecting one in ten students.
