Flinders University, supported by the Equal Opportunity Commissioner, will independently investigate the leadership and culture across all 68 councils — including those in the regions.
LGA SA president Heather Holmes-Ross said the review aims to ensure council chambers remain “robust yet respectful,” meeting the expectations of ratepayers.
