One of Tumby Bay’s councillors has resigned from their position.
Councillor Ross Hudson has stepped down from the role, with his resignation coming into effect last Friday.
In a statement released yesterday, Deputy Mayor Julie Elliott thanked Mr Hudson for his service and commitment in the role.

“His efforts in representing the interests of residents and supporting our district are greatly appreciated. We wish him every success and happiness in the future,” she said.
The Council is now working with the Electoral Commission of SA to prepare to fill the vacancy.
